How To Return An Item
You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

- Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
To be eligible for a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee; this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on order.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
THE POSTAGE WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED, OR WE WILL NOT PAY FOR YOUR SHIPPING COSTS TO RETURN YOUR PACKAGE TO US.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund has posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to 6590 South Vine Street Centennial Colorado US 80121.
We ask that you report to Customer Service the receipt of a damaged product within 48 hours of delivery and do not discard the damaged item and its packaging. If you fail to report damages in this time frame, we won't be able to file a claim with the carrier which means we can't accept responsibility for the costs.
Once you notify us that your product was damaged, Powerizer will file a claim with the shipper. Requests typically take 8-10 business days to process. Please do not discard the damaged product or the packaging.
We will refund a full or partial cost of the merchandise if the return is a result of our error or damaged product. We award a partial refund if the remaining product is salvageable.
If the item were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'd receive a credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a credit will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If your shipment is over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
